We had seen other houses in this road but knew straight away this was the home for us. We have extended the ground floor to make the kitchen larger and provide a study for the children. We renewed the roof 15 years ago, rebuilt the double garage in the back garden, and over time have redecorated and modernised the property throughout. Outside we landscaped the gardens adding a patio and a sun terrace which catches the evening sun, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a busy day at work. At the weekend we enjoy pleasant walks over Banstead Woods and Chipstead Golf course and quite often enjoy a Sunday roast at the Ramblers Rest pub. Woodmansterne Village has a lovely feel to it with useful amenities.
