The first time we came to Ashington was to see this house and we fell in love with not only the house but the area too. Our daughter goes to the local primary school and also attends beavers and dance classes at the local scout hut. Everything is within walking distance including the Red Lion Pub and Ashington Social Club is within a minutes walk.

The house has such a warm, friendly feel that we instantly felt at home. We loved the way the house and garden gets so much sun.

Due to personal reasons we have to sell but we hope that the new owners can see the potential of the house and what a wonderful family home it is already.
