There is a wonderful sense of community here and the countryside around here is just glorious. Having my garage a few yards up the road is an added bonus and my courtyard garden is easy to look after.

The local shop provides my day-to-day needs and if I want a greater range of shops and amenities, Cranleigh and Guildford are within easy reach. The local schools are also both nearby so it really has been a great home for my family.
