I never thought I would be able to get a detached property for the budget I had at the time.

It is one of those places which you can drive by and not even know it exists, the privacy is fantastic and it is also very quiet. What I really enjoy when I am home, especially if I am cooking dinner, is the outlook from the front and it is even better from upstairs.

The location is also quite convenient. As a regular commuter myself, having a Kings Ferry coach stop within walking distance allows me to leave the car behind. It has been a great home and I do hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as I have done.
