What attracted us most to this bungalow was firstly the location as we love being so close to the town and the beautiful beaches, but also the amount of room there is here. We love the open plan nature of the kitchen / diner and lounge, and recently have used the third bedroom for students to stay. We have had new windows fitted throughout, tri-fold doors put in from the dining room out to the garden from where you can see the sea, cavity wall insulation has been put in, we had the roof cleaned with anti-seagull devices fitted, and new soffits, fascias & guttering have been added. The chimney has been re-pointed, the shower room is new, and we have the electrics and gas certified too, so we have certainly been busy whilst we have been here.
