We were first attracted to the property due to the location – we had been looking for some time and knew that houses rarely come up in this area so jumped at the chance to buy it.

I commute daily, so it is really handy to be able to walk to the station so easily and at weekends we can take a stroll into Reigate to catch up with friends for dinner or drinks without having to have to drive home!

We have updated the house quite considerably as we were originally planning to stay here longer but our jobs are now taking us further into London, so we have decided to take the plunge and move closer in.
