We chose this maisonette as it felt it was private and has a garden of its own, which is more than adequate in size. We also liked the fact that the property is freehold so we share responsibility with our neighbour below and avoid the hefty charges to a management company.
We have considered converting the loft area into extra rooms but now that our family has expanded recently we feel this is not a project we are able to complete.
We have enjoyed living here. The area is great for everyday needs, we can walk to the shops and beach or jump on the train if we are visiting further afield.
