We can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property for us. We purchased the apartment as it was just so spacious compared to other properties available at the time in the price range. The location is just so well located to the High Street and close by to excellent transport links.

We purchased to live in but if you are looking for an investment it could be a very easy option for anyone to rent out, as well as a great first time buy, especially as we have looked after the property throughout our ownership.

We will be sad to sell but know that we are handing over a very good property for the new owners.
