I bought this apartment from brand new and knew immediately that it would be perfect for me.
What I loved about the apartment straight away was the location, set in a really quiet tree-lined road but also very close to the mainline station with excellent links to London and good local shopping facilities, all within easy walking distance.
The allocated parking space was a great bonus too as was the loft space which has come in very handy over the years.
I am leaving what I feel is an excellent flat for the next owners, in a lovely small and very well maintained block that is either fantastic for an owner occupier or investor.
