For the last three years I've been spoilt with space, great neighbours and a wonderful location. I'm sure my future purchase will be much harder to source having had the luxury of everything my property has to offer. When I viewed this I was taken with the amount of space and storage there was on offer, although everything was pink I saw past that, and realised I could make this into something special. Being split over 2 levels it retains the feeling of a house which I understand is quite unique for two bedroom flats. Parking has never been an issue, there is a garage en bloc and some really nice communal gardens. This was the perfect first home for me, I am sure with all it has to offer it will be for the next owner too whatever your position.
