We have loved living here for the last 7 years. The space and plentiful storage first attracted us to this flat and we have spent time refurbishing it into a lovely home.

The transport links are great as we both commute and we enjoy walking to Purley or Croydon for dinner. There is a litter of fox cubs that appear in the spring and it's lovely to watch them playing in the large communal gardens. It is time for us to move on but we are sure that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.

It will be a sad day when it comes to handing over the keys to the new owners but hope they enjoy the home as much as we have.
