OWNERS COMMENTS I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the last twelve years and I shall miss the apartment, the tranquil setting and especially the views across the Solent! It is such a peaceful and private place to live in. The neighbours, when I see them, are friendly and considerate and two of them only use their properties occasionally as they are holiday homes. In my time here have put in double glazed windows throughout, re-fitted the kitchen and bathroom and built in wardrobes fitted in the master bedroom. I hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have.
