We have loved living in our flat for eight years. The open plan layout is great for having friends over. We get so much natural daylight from the huge windows, which is gorgeous on sunny days.
We're in a great location too. When you leave the building you're only five minutes away from the beach, the park and some of the best restaurants in Hove.
The building is very unique, and we feel part of the community living here. A lot of our neighbours have been here as long as we have. We will be leaving lots of happy memories here, and hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we do.
