The flat really stood out from others when I was buying due to its size - every room is very light, bright and spacious. When I last rented it out it was snapped up by the first couple that viewed it!

The location is obviously one of the main benefits being seconds away from Churchill Square Shopping Centre and independent shops of Western Road. It's also an easy walk to the train station and only a couple of minutes walk to the seafront.

I just hope I'm not going to miss the location too much - I've probably started taking it for granted!
