I have lived in this quiet close for many years, in fact I had a house just over the road before I lived here. When I decided to move I really didn't want to leave such a quiet close and have to get used to new neighbours so when the opportunity came up to by my current property I jumped at the chance!

I added the conservatory shortly after I moved in and was very pleased with the result. It gave me an extra room which was very handy when I had guests over and it doubled up as a dining room for me. The property has a new combination boiler and a loft with power and light.
I will be sad to leave my lovely home and especially this very friendly neighbourhood
