We loved this apartment for many reasons, the storage is absolutely fantastic, the cupboards are a great size and the extra large storage cupboard in the hall is big enough for bikes or even a surf board!
The allocated parking space is a huge bonus as parking in this part of town can be hard to find.
We absolutely love the location and the position being beach front is amazing!! Having the balcony to make the most of the stunning sea views makes it even more ideal.
With a long lease and a share of the freehold it made this a perfect investment property for us. We have regularly achieved rents in excess of £650pcm and had a very high demand from tenants.
