Property description

If you’re looking for a park home that is ready to move straight into then look no further as this park home which is located on the sought after Cudworth Park site in Newdigate could be what you have been searching for so just unpack those bags!

The good size lounge area has an abundance of light which floods in from the triple aspect windows and is the perfect spot to relax with a good book or in front of the television. There is plenty of room in the dining area for your dining table and chairs and perfect if you have guests over for dinner or the family round for Sunday lunch. You can be putting the finishing touches to the meal in the kitchen while your guests chat and relax.

Both the bedrooms are double in size so enough space if friends or family want to stay over and with a bathroom and en-suite shower room you won’t have to worry about queues in the morning.

There are gardens to the front and side so the perfect space if you’ve got green fingers or simply want to enjoy some al-fresco dining in the warmer weather. You also have your very own garage and parking space at the rear which is directly behind the kitchen door so not far to carry those shopping bags!

Ideal for downsizers this site is set in an idyllic location with just 57 units on site and its very own bowling green and club house. For the over 45’s only and whilst cats are allowed (existing pets only) unfortunately dogs are not.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

My step-father bought this park home around 5 years ago when he was looking to downsize. When we came to view it with him we were immediately taken by the feeling of space and light compared to other properties he had viewed.

He loved the semi-rural location, the fact it had its own on-site bowling green and the real sense of community that the site offered. The park home didn’t need any improvements but he did install a new boiler in 2014.

He really enjoyed the time he spent living here and we are now selling with no chain.
