Property description
If you are looking for a bungalow that is in a great condition with stunning views, then look no further. This delightful home is located in one of the best positions in the heart of the village, just a few seconds walk away from the Rudyard Kipling nursery and primary schools - perfect for those cold mornings.
With one double and one single bedroom, a large lounge and a separate large dining room adjacent to a lovely fitted kitchen, there is plenty to fall in love with here for any family. The property offers loads of space both inside and out and the garden is a great size, with superb far reaching views over the roof tops and out to the Sussex downs beyond.
Throughout this home you will find those all important little touches, like the modern bathroom with under floor heating, a large loft area, which could offer the potential to extend, subject to planning permission of course. The delightful summer house at the end of the garden, is a great place to enjoy the sunshine and extended views. As for location, you couldn't be better placed as shops, doctors and dentists are all nearby.
This is an ideal family home that is presented in lovely condition, you can really just put your furniture down, pop the kettle on and enjoy your new home!
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
My mother and father moved to the property in 1994, having fallen in love with the central flat location of the property and extensive views over the downs. The property has been perfect for relaxing, whilst still being within the heart of the local community, with good transport links to Brighton if needed. Yes it's a school road and naturally it gets busy on week days, for half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the afternoon. Outside of those time and weekends it is a quiet road, allowing you to throw open the front patio windows or retreat to the garden to enjoy the varied aspects the garden offers. I hope the new owners will be as happy as Mum and Dad were in their time here. Great Memories!
