I was living in Horsham with my parents and looking for my first step onto the property ladder. After looking in Horsham I was somewhat disappointed as all of the flats and apartments I viewed were very small and did not offer much in the way of parking or gardens so I decided to venture into Southwater to see what the village was like. I was so glad I did as I really liked the feel of the village and decided to focus my search here. I came to view this one and was very surprised. What I initially liked was having your own front door and not a communal entrance. The communal gardens were nicely enclosed and felt very private. Once inside I could not believe the feeling of space so I wasted no time and walked to the office and made an offer straight away.
I have been very happy here but we are moving out of the area and will be sad to leave.
