We moved here for a number of reasons but it was mainly the very convenient location. This house felt right when we walked through the door and we fell in love with the charm and character and could see the potential which made it easy for us to picture ourselves making this our own. We always thought that the separate garage gave us extra potential - either for making more parking or making it a bigger garage.
We even had some plans drawn up and a quote prepared for living accommodation to be built on the land but we did not proceed to planning with those.
Being a former lodge for the Manor House, we were quite taken with the history of this home.
