I loved every minute of living here, the space, views and location are just brilliant. In all honestly I seriously considered selling the car at one point. Everything was on my door step, it was actually easier to walk than battle the traffic.
Last year I decided to rent the property out, I have been really lucky and have to wonderful tenants sharing the flat. They are both in full time employment and pay £1175 per calendar month. I would love for them to be able to stay so if anyone is looking for a ready made buy to let purchase then this is perfect!
