This flat has been an amazing investment for us. We have never had very long without a tenant in place. Over the time we have owned it we have had different types of tenants, from professionals to small families. It has also been popular to sharers, perhaps mature students for the Universities who want to be out of shared houses and want somewhere a bit nicer to live.
I was attracted to the size of the rooms, with two double bedrooms. The parking is also excellent and it is great having the permits. The location is perfect for the train station and the town itself and I felt that in another life this would be the sort of apartment that I would like to live in myself.
