So we were delighted when we finally found this property.
Being modern it had a good lease (so we had no worries there) and it was in good order so no DIY for us to do and our weekends could be ours to do as we please. It was also the biggest one bedroom apartment we had seen by far and we knew that it would give us all the space we needed.
