We felt East Grinstead would be central to our work needs and this apartment was on the right side of town to enable us to get on to the A22 swiftly.
Since moving in we have changed everything internally. We have re-fitted both the kitchen and the shower room. We have also added under floor heating, double glazing and redecorated throughout.
We'll miss living here as it was our first home together! It's very cheap to run, is low maintenance and the storage is much better than other apartments we have been in.
Having our own parking space has been great too. It's fantastic to be able to come home at any time and just park up.
