Our daughter bought this flat 12 years ago as her first step on the ladder. She fell in love with the location as it had all the benefits of being walking distance to town yet within a lovely tucked away, picturesque location. Being a woman on her own, she always felt safe here and that gave us total peace of mind. Over the last few years, the flat has been rented out and it has always been easy to find and keep a tenant. In the last couple of years, our daughter needed the flat sold to buy somewhere else so we bought it from her to enable her to move on. We have recently redecorated it from top to bottom, had new flooring put down and continued to rent it out. It's only now that we feel the time is right to sell.
