We took this home on as a project because it worked for our size family. We needed space but wanted the luxury and finish to match our exacting standards. We have improved every part as its setting was deserving of the effort. We trust nothing will need to be done and the new owners can just enjoy taking over. All the major things like kitchen, bathroom, heating etc have all been changed, tested or replaced since we moved here. The village is a fabulous place to live with its farmers market, Christmas fare, great restaurant and village Inn, but not enough going on to attract attention which is why it’s a nice quiet community. We've a couple of Train stations nearby for London access, the County Town is only a 15 minute drive as is Tonbridge so shopping is easy.
