I have lived here for many happy years. My family and friends often come round for get-togethers but I have decided that the time is right to downsize, the house is too big for me now. I want to stay in the local area as it is so convenient for all local amenities.

Over the years I have improved and kept the property well maintained. The garden here is lovely and sunny and I often find myself spending many hours out there in the summer.
