I have lived here for a few years and thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

I have modernised internally and replaced the kitchen. I have modernised with the age of property in mind and looked to restore some of the key features.

We are aware that many of the houses in this road have knocked the lounge and dining rooms through. We did consider doing this but decided against it as we love the separate space.

Although we have decided to move, I can honestly say it is with reluctance as I love the house. However, I know the time is right. I hope the new owners enjoy the house as much as I have.
