I moved here about 6 years ago. When I first viewed, it was the size of the rooms and the bright dual aspect that made me decide that it was the one for me. It also has plenty of space for storage.
I really like the fact that my flat is located at the back of the building meaning that I am set back from the road. Being a share of freehold the maintenance set up is really good here too.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and am only moving as I have now decided to upsize to a house. I am sure that the new owners will enjoy their time here as much as I have.
