We've really enjoyed living in Truleigh Close, it's a welcoming neighbourhood with a proper community feel. We are close enough to Brighton to get the bus or taxi, but also walking distance from the South Downs and a 5 minute drive to the beach.

The house feels light and spacious, the sitting room is a great space to entertain, with large sliding doors leading onto the decking area. We've done a lot of work on the house since we've been here and have repainted the whole house. The roof has also been insulated to help keep energy costs down.

The garden has been a real bonus for us as it catches lots of sun.
