We lived locally before buying this property and as such we knew this was a good neighbourhood. The garden and garage were both very important to us, and have been very useful throughout the time we have lived here. We replaced the boiler last year and have freshened up the property recently, in readiness to be sold. This is a large maisonette and when we have guests round it's easy to accommodate everyone. At the weekends you can find us at the coffee shop in Woodford Bridge, dining out at the restaurants in the evenings, or taking a walk through the park or the forest in the afternoon. It's time for us to move on and get a bigger house now, and we will probably stay within the local area.
