We have lived in our cottage for over 30 years and have enjoyed every moment. When we bought the property, it was in a bad state of repair, but we love older properties and could envisage what could be done.
We have restored the property, replacing joists and adding new timbers. It has been replumbed and rewired and we have added a useful entrance porch and a conservatory.
We love the semi rural location as it gives us access to the countryside and the many paths, being able to walk for miles.
The only reason we are selling is that we now wish to move to the coast.
