I was a first time buyer when I bought this house in 1993, I immediately saw it's potential and it was in a terrible state and in 1995 I got planning permission for a single storey extension. I have not completed the extension but I have done the footings so you do not have to apply again.
What attracted me also was that it was really easy to get around and the station was just around the corner. Which made it easier for me to get into London and it is on the line that will take you to 3 major London stations which are Cannon Street, Charing Cross and Victoria.
