When we were looking a few years ago, we liked the idea of a new home and this one really ticked all our 'must have' boxes.

The location is really handy with great access back on to the motorway. Being keen cyclists as well, the cycle into Hambledon or around Denmead is really lovely.

The thing that grabbed us with this house was the space on offer, which other new homes failed to offer. I'm sure the next owner will find exactly the same as we did.
