The utility has a sink and space for appliances, there is a door that opens into the grounds where the office, laundry room and freezer room. To the first floor is a large landing reception area that would make a good library area or sitting space, we could picture reading on a chaise longue in the light room, there are three double bedrooms, a box room which would be ideal as a dressing room/wardrobe or a nursery room and a family bathroom with a large shower cubicle, bath, hand basin and WC.. The main bedroom has a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom that has a separate corner shower cubicle, bath, hand basin and WC. Between the landing reception and the main bedroom is a small hallway that has the stairs to the second floor, a hallway separates two further bedrooms on this level, one with a big storage cupboard and the other benefitting from a additional room leading off of it which again could be a dressing room or perhaps converted into an en-suite. All of the windows in the property afford lovely views of the surrounding grounds.
Outside
The property can be approached by a sweeping gravel driveway that leads to a parking area and the front of the house. There is a brick built barn which has scope for renovation into perhaps an annexe or holiday let and single storey barns that have been renovated and are used as garages. To one side of the property there is a courtyard with outbuildings that have been converted into an office space, laundry room with electric heating and separate room housing freezers. The grounds offer stables, paddocks, woodlands and a pond as well as pretty walled garden areas and landscaping. Views from the grounds are serene with fields and woodlands in the immediate surroundings.
