We knew this was the place for us from the moment we stepped through the door. Having viewed lots of flats there always seemed to be major compromises, usually if they were big enough they were miles from anywhere, and if close to the town centre and train station it would be on a main road or poky. The size of the lounge area and the added bonus of the balcony are what sold this place to us.
We’ve been here now for 14 years, and the only reason we are moving is because our daughter is growing fast and needs her own room now. We are staying as close to here as possible though as we love it.
