The Guarantor will need a form of photographic ID. If you are successful all rental monies will have to be paid by way of standing order. On the day of move in you will pay a months rent in advance plus a deposit which is normally the equivalent to a months rent plus the �75 application fee, in some cases landlords my request that you pay six weeks deposit.
