Property description

This property really has it all. If you want space, peace plus tranquillity then look no further!

Set in a picturesque Sussex village with all your local needs less than 5 minutes walk and a short hop out to the A22 for commuters. Easy living has never been easier. You can even buy fresh bread from the local shop/cafe.

The large light rooms have been carefully thought out plus re-furbished by the current, loving owner. You could literally walk straight in. We don’t really know where to start…

With a fantastic kitchen/diner, and plentiful accommodation, there won’t be any arguments as to where next year’s Christmas lunch is held. There's plenty of ways to burn off that turkey roast, with countryside walks within easy reach.

Or why not curl up in front of the feature fire place in the lounge plus look out over your perfectly private back garden? It’s the only way to enjoy those frosty mornings with the sound of ponies trotting along the lane (it doesn’t take long to get used to that!).

This home really ticks all the boxes. We are sure whoever falls in love with this property will enjoy living the life of luxury and tranquillity! Viewing very much recommended.

What the Owner says:

I have happily loved living here for 14 years, with my son attending Bede's School.
This village seems to have everything for all the family to enjoy, Bede's offers the village residents tickets to their hugely acclaimed theatre productions, as well as the sports hall, providing it out of lesson time.
There's also the village recreation ground, where you can enjoy a picnic, whilst watching the village cricket team in the sunshine and lots of riding schools for trekking through Abbott's Wood. It's great for BBQ's with family and friends in the summer.
Opposite Abbott's Wood there's a pub that offers great food and real ale also.
