Property description

This is a wonderful and rare opportunity to acquire a beautiful two bedroom, character home located within the beautiful village of Ulcombe.

Parking can be found at the rear of the property and the village itself has plenty of spaces to accommodate visitors.

With accommodation spaced over three floors the property has a fantastic feeling of space as well as lots of surprises along the way. The black iron spiral staircase is a feature that certainly has the “wow factor” and is simply a visually delight. It also serves its purpose extremely well by creating extra living space and allowing the light and feeling of space to flow throughout the whole house.

The lounge is of a great size and located to the front of the property with double aspect windows and a beautiful wood burning stove, the perfect place to keep cosy in the winter months. The conservatory leads to a good sized courtyard garden which provides a great space for al fresco dining and bbq’s in the summer time.

Ulcombe Village offers a primary school, playing fields, village hall and also has a regular bus service to Maidstone which lies about 8 miles away and offers a wide range of schools for children of all ages, a mainline railway station offering regular services to London and an array of shopping facilities.

A property of this size and such a sought after location which is affordable and in good order will not stay on the market for long therefore we encourage early viewing.

What the Owner says:

I bought this property as my first home and have loved the space and size the home has to offer as most of the properties around this price range were flats or in the wrong area for me.
I love the courtyard garden; it is a perfect space to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine without having to worry about cutting the grass! I love properties with character and that is why I bought the house, sitting beside the wood burner in the winter was perfect and in the summer beautiful country walks on hand – I found it to be ideal.
Headcorn is easily reached from the village which is great for the mainline station, supermarkets and pubs.
