I have loved the location and bought it from new over 28 years ago. One of the things my husband and I preferred to the other houses when we saw it being built was the bigger garden and detached garage, as it meant lots of space for visitors. I love the amount of light there is, we added a conservatory and then replaced it last year with a brand new one. Since moving here we have loved this spot and we are within easy access to the town and the fact that you have playing fields just up the road which is easy to walk the dog in the park and you get some lovely views.
The conservatory is great to sit out in and doesn’t get too hot, you get loads of light during the day.
