I liked the space on offer here but it was a bit of a mess, so set about transforming it to the home it is now, to include new Oak flooring in the living area and if it weren’t for a change of area with work beckoning, I‘d be happy to stay.

I was pleased to buy the property with my share of the freehold so there’s no charges to pay for, which is a help, and it’s in the ideal location close to town but feels like you could be a world away!

I love to sit out in the sunny back garden which, like inside, I’ve transformed from the slightly shabby area it was and have added a decked area which makes it really low maintenance, but you can still ‘garden’ in the raised beds I added.
