New Tenants:
Full Property: £250 fee applies, of which £150 must be paid before receiving keys, and the balance can be paid up to one month after the move in date.
Room: £150 fee applies, of which the full £150 must be paid before receiving keys.
We will also require that a guarantor or a deposit is provided. A guarantor must be either a home owner, or two professionals. A deposit is usually the value of one monthâs rent.
