I was looking for a home with 3 double bedrooms as I wanted to take lodgers and this house was perfect. The fact that it was detached was also a big bonus. There was some work to do here and we have carefully gone through every room and updated including the new double glazing. We made sure that everything was done to a high quality as we wanted it to last. The new buyer can move straight in and worry about nothing.
The location is ideal, it takes me 10 minutes to walk to the station and having parking so close to the town is so handy. I love this house and if I could pick it up and move it to where I am going I would. I hope the new owner enjoys this house as much as I have.
