We bought this house for two main reasons; having lived in Tonbridge for most of my life I knew the area was great, close to everything but still quiet and safe. Secondly, we were first time buyers and we never thought we would be able to get the third bedroom that is so useful which we are using as a study.
We both love the kitchen and the bathroom, it is so nice having such new and stylish rooms. We have always looked after the house and most recently we have replaced the boiler putting in a new combi boiler and added the cupboards in the main bedroom to make use of all of the floor space.
