REFERENCING FEE
To secure a property we will require from each prospective tenant a completed Tenant Application Form, together with £140 including VAT, to cover the costs of administration and credit checking. This referencing fee is non-refundable in the event that an applicant fails to satisfy the referencing criteria, or chooses not to proceed with the application.
DEPOSIT AND RENT
Rent is to be paid monthly in advance by a standing order and we shall require a completed mandate to this effect once the landlord has approved the tenancy.
A deposit equal to two months' rent shall be retained in the agent's clients' account at the commencement of the tenancy to ensure tenant's obligations under this agreement are fulfilled. The first month's rent and deposit will be required in the form of a bank transfer, banker's draft or building society cheque. Regrettably we are unable to accept personal cheques, credit or debit cards.
