We have really enjoyed our time here and it has been a superb property for us. We initially bought the apartment as the location was brilliant for local transport which made commuting up to London quick and easy. We felt the property was close enough to the local amenities in Sutton but on a road that was quiet and desirable, perfect for us!
When we first walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the Lounge, it has a light and airy feel, with the room having enough space to dine in too! All the other rooms were also generously proportioned including a nice large kitchen.
We will really miss the property but know that we are handing over a fantastic flat to the lucky new owners.
