We’ve lived here for over 10 years and it has been a wonderful home for us.

The location is superb with both Sutton and Cheam within easy walking and Overton park literally at the end of the road.

It’s exceptionally quiet with no road noise and while being very close to Sutton, it feels genuinely leafy and peaceful. There is a great sense of community and the block is very friendly - so much so it is probably the reason we have stayed for so long!

It will be sad to leave but it is now time for a new chapter in our lives, but have comfort in the knowledge that we are handing over a superb property for the new owners.
