I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property for us. We purchased the apartment as it was just so spacious compared to other properties available at the time in the price range, with a location that was so well located to the high street and great transport links.
We purchased to let out and have always found fantastic tenants, so if you are looking for investment it could be a very easy option for anyone to purchase, as well as a great first time buy- especially as we have updated the property throughout.
It will be sad to sell but I know that we are handing over a very good property for the new owners.
