I have had this property from new and bought it because I felt that it was a great size flat for me and my family, being one of the largest flats I had seen at the time.

A main factor for me was that the property was close to bus and train routes as I don't drive.

I also liked the fact the property had two bathrooms and that all the bedrooms were a fantastic size.

It will be sad to leave but I am confident in the fact I will be handing over a fantastic apartment to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have.
