When we were first looking to buy we just could not find a property to suit our needs. The properties were either too small or not in the right sort of location. When Carshalton Road came up it was such an easy choice as it was far bigger than even the houses we were viewing and having a private garden was such a bonus. What really sealed the deal was that it was in a location that we always dreamed about, being in a convenient Sutton road and within striking distance to the station and town centre with all the excellent amenities at hand.
Since being here it has been a labour of love updating the property to the standard it is now so it will be sad to leave, but know we are handing over a superb place to the new owners.
